1. 1. General

   1.1. This policy tells how ИП Юлосков Артем Александрович, INN 366227871296 (the "Operator") processes the personal data of the users of pogzo.com and the Pogzo games (the "Platform").

   1.2. The policy follows the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27.07.2006. It applies to all data that the Platform gets from users.

   1.3. When a user signs up or signs in, the user confirms that the user read this policy.

2. 2. The data that we process

   2.1. Account data: the email address, and the name if the user gives it.

   2.2. Technical data: the IP address, the browser and device data (user agent), the date and time of sign-in, the session cookies.

   2.3. Visit data from Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics: cookies, pages, clicks and actions on the pages.

   2.4. Game data: to run a game, the Platform reads the public chat messages of the stream (the viewer name and the message text). The Platform can keep game statistics.

   2.5. The stream time with the games for each day: for the limits of the plans.

   2.6. Payment data: the plan, the amount, the date and the status of a payment, the kind of the payment method and the last 4 digits of the card. The Platform does not get the full card number.

   2.7. The Platform does not collect special categories of personal data or biometric data.

3. 3. Purposes

   3.1. Sign-up, sign-in with a code from an email, and the personal cabinet.

   3.2. The games and the terms of use.

   3.3. Payments for the plans, the automatic renewal, the receipts and the count of the stream time.

   3.4. Emails about the Platform: sign-in codes, important changes, new plans.

   3.5. Protection of the Platform from attacks, bots and abuse.

   3.6. Visit statistics, to make the Platform better.

4. 4. Legal bases

   4.1. The terms of use, a contract with the user (art. 6 part 1 item 5 of 152-FZ): the account data and the technical data.

   4.2. The consent of the user (art. 6 part 1 item 1 of 152-FZ): the Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics cookies. The user can turn off cookies in the browser settings.

5. 5. How we process the data

   5.1. The Operator processes the data automatically: collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, transfer (access), blocking, deletion and destruction.

   5.2. The account data stays while the account exists. After a deletion request, the Operator deletes the account and its data in 30 days. The server logs stay for a limited time and then the server writes over them.

6. 6. Transfer of data

   6.1. The Operator does not sell personal data. The Operator gives data to third parties only as this section tells and as the law requires.

   6.2. Yandex LLC (Russia) processes the visit data for Yandex Metrica under its own rules: https://yandex.com/legal/confidential/.

   6.3. YooMoney LLC (YooKassa, Russia) takes the payments for the plans: the user types the card data on the page of YooKassa. The Platform gives YooKassa the email address for the receipt. YooKassa processes the data under its own rules: https://yoomoney.ru/page?id=527708.

7. 7. Cookies

   7.1. Necessary cookies: the session cookies keep the user signed in. The personal cabinet does not work without them.

   7.2. Settings cookies: the site keeps the selected language.

   7.3. Analytics cookies: Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics set them.

   7.4. The user can delete or block cookies in the browser settings. Then some functions of the Platform can stop working.

8. 8. Rights of the user

   8.1. The user can ask which data the Operator processes, and ask to correct, block or delete it. The user can withdraw consent and delete the account.

   8.2. To do this, write to the Operator at support@pogzo.com from the email of the account, or on Telegram with that email in the message. The Operator answers in 10 working days.

   8.3. The user can complain about the Operator to Roskomnadzor or to a court.

9. 9. Protection of data

   9.1. The site works only over HTTPS. Only the Operator has access to the servers and the databases.

   9.2. The Operator uses legal, organizational and technical measures to protect the data from unauthorized access, change and deletion.

10. 10. Changes

    10.1. The Operator can change this policy. A new version is valid from the time it is on this page.

    10.2. The Platform is not for children under 14.
