Guesstimate — a stream game where the chat estimates numbers

The game asks a question with a number for an answer: how many hairs are on a head, how far away is the Moon. Nobody knows the exact number, so the chat estimates. A closer guess gets more points. At the end, the game shows the answer and the guesses of the whole chat.

How to play

  1. 01

    The game asks a question

    The screen shows a question with a number for an answer, for example "How many hairs are on a human head?". Viewers have 45 seconds.

  2. 02

    Each viewer writes a number

    Only the first number of a viewer counts. The game understands "100000", "100 000", "100k", "1.5 million" and "1e6".

  3. 03

    A closer guess gets more points

    The exact answer gets 10 points. A guess 2 times too big or too small gets 7, 3 times gets 5, and 10 times gets 0.

  4. 04

    The answer and the chart

    At the end, the game shows the answer, a short fact about it, a chart of all guesses and the three closest viewers.

  5. 05

    Top players of the stream

    Points add up during the whole stream. The game shows the top three players until the streamer resets the points.

What gifts do

A gift does the most expensive action that it pays for. The streamer turns each action on and sets its price in coins.

  • Hint

    Default: 1 coin

    Shows a range with the answer, for example from 1,000 to 100,000. The second hint gives a range 10 times wide.

  • Double points

    Default: 5 coins

    The viewer who sends the gift gets double points for this question.

  • Skip the question

    Default: 30 coins

    The game shows the answer and gives a new question at once.

Control during the stream

The streamer controls the game in the panel on the Pogzo site. Viewers see only the game.

  • Buttons during the stream

    "Hint", "Pause", "Skip the question" and "Reset points". The panel shows the answer only when you open it.

  • Time

    From 20 to 90 seconds for a question.

  • Language

    The questions are in 12 languages: Russian, English, Kazakh, Uzbek, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Polish, Turkish and Indonesian.

  • Followers only

    The game takes answers only from followers, moderators and the streamer. Gifts work from all viewers.

How do I play Guesstimate on a stream?

Open the game panel on pogzo.com and enter your TikTok name. Add the game link to OBS or TikTok LIVE Studio. The game asks the questions by itself, and viewers write numbers in the chat.

How do viewers write a number?

With digits, with or without spaces between the groups: "100000", "100 000" or "100,000". Short words work too: "5k", "2 million", "3 bn". A word after the number is not important: "8849 metres". Only the first number of a viewer counts.

How does the game count the points?

The game finds how many times the guess and the answer differ. For the answer 100, a guess of 50 or 200 is 2 times off and gets 7 points. So a guess for a big number is as fair as a guess for a small one.

Which questions are in the game?

120 questions about the human body, animals, space, the Earth, food, things and numbers. The answers are facts that do not change with time. The game asks each question one time before it asks a question again.

What do gifts do?

A gift shows a range with the answer, gives double points to the viewer who sent it, or skips the question. The streamer turns each action on and sets its price in coins.
